Project Manager – Commercial Electrical Construction

A well‑established commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role is responsible for managing electrical scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating field teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee job costing, forecasting, and financial performance
- Lead pre‑construction and project kickoff meetings
- Support and direct foremen and Assistant Project Managers
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and customer issues
- Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and inspectors
- Oversee project close‑out and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (electrical preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Field experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Bluebeam
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$110,000 salary (based on experience)
