A well‑established commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, profitability, and client relationships while leading project teams from pre‑construction through close‑out.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Lead pre‑construction meetings and project kickoffs
• Set expectations and provide guidance to foremen and Assistant Project Managers
• Manage change orders and resolve customer issues
• Oversee project close‑out, documentation, and post‑project reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction (electrical preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Field experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• High attention to detail with a customer‑focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Bluebeam
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)
