Assembler
Location: Frederick, MD
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Assembler to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this hands‑on role, you will help build high‑quality products using mechanical knowledge and assembly skills while supporting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints for accurate assembly
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work station while following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with warehouse and material handling tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
