Quality Control Inspector Job Description:
Follow written and verbal instructions to support quality processes.
Read and interpret work orders, SPC charts, schedules, detailed prints, sketches, layouts, specifications, SPC results, and manuals.
Inspect and examine parts to identify defects in products or equipment.
Monitor instruments, gauges, and dials to determine operating conditions.
Measure product dimensions to verify conformance to specifications.
Compare colors, shapes, textures, and material grades using charts, templates, or samples.
Notify supervisors or production personnel of quality or production issues.
Record inspection and test data, calculate results, and prepare inspection reports.
Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Quality Control Inspector Job Requirements:
At least 2 years if Quality Control experience
High School Diploma
