Details for Safety Coordinator:
- Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Sun, 10am-630pm OR Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat, 10am-630pm
- Payrate: $20-$22/HR
- Weekly pay
- Healthcare benefits after 30 days!
Responsibilities for Safety Coordinator:
- Lead all safety committee functions and facilitate all meetings
- Assist with insurance and government-related safety inspections
- Making sure safety SOPs are being always followed
- Conduct periodic safety and health walk-through inspections of all departments
- Conduct monthly facility audit
- Provide safety training for all employees
- Conduct accident/injury investigations
Qualifications for Safety Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years employee safety experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
