PeopleShare is hiring Document Specialist for a data management company in Huntingdon Valley, PA. This is a production position responsible for preparing physical client documents for high-quality, high speed digital scanning. This is a temp to perm role. The ideal candidate has previous document or clerical experience and is detail oriented.

Document Specialist Job Description:
Removing fasteners (staples, clips, rubber bands) and organizing pages into logical documents based on client specifications
Sorting documents by type, alphabetizing, or placing them in numerical order
Reviewing documents to ensure they are legible, aligned, and in correct order
Logging the date, time, or specific tracking numbers for client materials
Ensuring all sensitive client materials are protected, secured, and handled according to privacy standards
Maintain high productivity rates to meet strict daily, weekly, or project-based deadlines
Document Specialist Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience working with documents or quality checks
Detail oriented and able to follow directions
Able to work independently
