Night Shift-6PM-6:30AM
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our production line—handling everything from assembly and filling to labeling and final packaging. Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Filling: Operate production line machinery to assemble, fill, and seal product containers with precision.
Finishing Touches: Secure lids and ensure all products are properly labeled and meet our quality standards.
General Labor: Support the warehouse by picking, packing, and organizing inventory to keep the workflow moving.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by performing routine cleaning and organizing of work areas.
Team Collaboration: Adapt to changing daily priorities and assist teammates to ensure we hit our production goals.
Requirements
Experience: Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with a strong work ethic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality is non-negotiable.
Attitude: A willingness to be coached, learn new skills, and follow strict safety procedures.
Flexibility: Comfortable switching between different tasks as production needs change.
