What You’ll Be Doing
As a Packer, you are the final set of eyes on our product before it heads to the customer. Your daily tasks will include:
Packing & Assembly: Efficiently packing bottles into boxes and assembling box makers/inserters.
Quality Control: Performing visual, aesthetic, and dimensional inspections to ensure every product meets our standards.
Material Handling: Moving full boxes/totes to pallets, lifting totes into gaylords, and monitoring the line for downed bottles.
Site Maintenance: Supporting general housekeeping and emptying trash to keep your workspace safe and organized.
What We’re Looking For
We value reliability and a "can-do" attitude over everything else. To be successful, you’ll need:
Experience: Previous packing experience is required.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Safety First: You must own and wear steel-toed shoes.
Core Skills: Basic reading, writing, and counting skills to accurately complete production paperwork.
Reliability: A track record of being on time and ready to work.
