Accounts Payable Administrative Coordinator – Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Overview
This position supports daily business operations with a strong focus on Accounts Payable functions. The role involves processing financial information, managing routine documentation, and assisting with standard administrative activities across the department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured workflows, accuracy-driven tasks, and consistent AP duties while still providing general office support.
Responsibilities
*Process vendor invoices, payables documentation, and recurring financial entries as part of routine A/P workflows.
*Review internal reports and outgoing financial documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
*Maintain organized files and records to support accounting and administrative functions, including digital and physical documentation.
*Prepare, update, and distribute basic spreadsheets or summaries used for recurring departmental reporting.
*Assist with general office support tasks such as routing communications, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining routine supply needs.
Requirements
*Prior experience handling Accounts Payable or financial processing tasks in an office environment.
*Ability to manage confidential business documents, reports, and internal correspondence with discretion.
*Proficiency with common office software, including spreadsheets and word‑processing applications.
*Strong attention to detail when reviewing numerical data, documentation, and recurring transaction workflows.
*Ability to manage multiple routine tasks within established timelines.
