CNC Machine Operator Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday -Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Pay Rate: $23-26
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Nazareth, PA
CNC Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines by loading materials, installing tools, and calibrating equipment.
- Operate CNC mills/lathes to produce precision parts according to technical drawings.
- Run and monitor CNC programs, making necessary offset and tooling adjustments.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform first article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Deburr and finish machined parts as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues promptly.
CNC Machine Operator Requirements:
- CNC machine operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts.
- Physically able to stand/ walk for entire shift, lift 50lbs, bend, stoop,
