PeopleShare is partnered with a leading company in Quakertown, PA, seeking multiple Assemblers.
This role is responsible for assembling servers and switches into IT racks by interpreting various build documents, schematics, and routing lists. This role supports data center operations through installation, maintenance, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Assembler Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18-22/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Quakertown, PA
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assembly according to weekly production schedule.
- Ability to follow written instructions per ISO 9001:2008 documentation.
- Good mechanical aptitude for assembly, work with inventory, and use ERP system with work/shop orders.
- Use of hand tools (torque wrenches, pneumatic grinders, battery operated impact gun and drill, taps, dies, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, rubber mallets
Assembler Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend over for a period of 8-10 hours
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- Experience using mechanical hand tools, including torque wrenches
- Ability to work off company provided instructions
- Basic computer skills
