Shipping Office Supervisor Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Pay: Starting Rate $28-32/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Shipping Office Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily outbound shipments to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery
- Align shipping activities with production schedules and customer requirements
- Manage carrier selection and performance; track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation and records in ERP/MRP systems
- Lead, train, and supervise shipping office staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety and shipping procedures
Shipping Office Supervisor Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of shipping or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Working knowledge of manufacturing shipping workflows and documentation
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
