We are hiring an experienced Label Press & Digital Finishing Operator to run digital label printing presses and support high‑volume production. This role is ideal for a Label Press & Digital Finishing Operator who enjoys hands‑on technical work, precision, and working with advanced digital print technology.

As a Label Press & Digital Finishing Operator, you will handle press setup, color calibration, routine maintenance, and finishing/converting tasks to ensure consistent, high‑quality output. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity for candidates with experience in digital printing, commercial printing, or label production.
⭐ What You’ll Do
A successful Label Press & Digital Finishing Operator will:
Operate digital label presses (Konica Minolta, HP Indigo, Xeikon, Xerox, etc.)
Run full production workflow: job setup, makeready, adjustments, output checks
Operate finishing equipment (GM Mini, ABG, Rotoflex, Prati, etc.)
Perform die‑cutting, lamination, slitting, rewinding, and finishing setup
Complete routine cleaning, maintenance, and consumable replacement
Perform color calibration, profiling, and density checks
Inspect labels for accuracy, color consistency, defects, and registration
Use RIP/workflow software (Fiery, FreeFlow, Onyx, AccurioPro, etc.)
Troubleshoot print issues, quality errors, and mechanical problems
Organize job queues to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
⭐ What We’re Looking For
To excel as a Label Press & Digital Finishing Operator, you should have:
Experience operating digital presses, label presses, or commercial printing equipment
Knowledge of digital printing and color management
Experience with RIP software (Fiery, Onyx, FreeFlow, etc.)
Ability to perform color calibration and linearization
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail for reviewing printed labels
Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in print, label, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
Experience with HP Indigo, Xeikon, or Konica Minolta AccurioLabel is a plus
