We are hiring a Machine Operator to support safe, accurate, and efficient production within a high‑volume manufacturing facility. The Machine Operator will work with packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and follow all safety and documentation standards. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who are comfortable working with machinery in a fast‑paced environment.
Position Overview -
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating equipment, performing labeling and quality checks, documenting production activity, and ensuring safe, consistent workflow across the shift.
What You’ll Do -
- Operate machinery while following all Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Plant procedures
- Perform labeling, packaging, and line clearance tasks
- Verify product accuracy through audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Document production data including labels, dates, reports, and nonconforming product
- Communicate with QA, supervisors, and team members during shift handoffs
- Maintain safe work habits and assist with palletizing, sealing, and material handling
Requirements -
- High school diploma/GED; strong communication and basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
- Machine Operator experience is a plus
- Able to work safely in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Physically able to lift 35 lbs, stand/walk/bend for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
