We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial buildings. If you’re a skilled electrician who enjoys service work, problem‑solving, and working independently, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Install conduit and pipe to electrical wires and cables
- Ensure all installations meet electrical code requirements
- Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware; connect wiring
- Connect electrical systems to power lines to provide electricity to buildings
- Test electrical systems for proper installation and operation
- Inspect existing electrical systems to identify repair needs
- Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Proficient with test meters and electrical diagnostic equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong attention to safety and detail
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting skills
- Bucket truck experience preferred
- Journeyman’s license preferred
