We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect electrical products, identify defects, and ensure all materials and assembled units meet strict safety and performance standards. This hands‑on, fast‑paced role is perfect for a Quality Control Technician with electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
⭐ What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you will:
Inspect incoming materials, in‑process builds, and finished electrical products
Detect defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues using visual, mechanical, and electrical checks
Perform electrical tests such as continuity checks, functional tests, and dielectric testing
Verify assembly accuracy using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Document test data, inspection results, and non‑conformances with precision
Communicate defects, trends, and corrective actions to production and engineering teams
Ensure inspection tools and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Follow safety guidelines, quality processes, and standard work instructions

To succeed as a Quality Control Technician, you should have:
Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring, or component function
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
Background in electrical inspection, wiring, panel assembly, or QC roles preferred
Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused mindset with the ability to identify defects accurately
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
