💵 $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect electrical products, identify defects, and ensure all materials and assembled units meet safety and performance standards. This is a hands on, fast paced role ideal for candidates with electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect incoming materials, in process builds, and finished electrical products
- Detect defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues using visual, mechanical, and electrical checks
- Perform electrical tests such as continuity checks, functional tests, and dielectric testing
- Verify assembly accuracy using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Document test data, inspection results, and non conformances with accuracy
- Communicate defects, trends, and corrective actions to production and engineering teams
- Ensure all inspection tools and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
- Follow safety guidelines, quality processes, and standard work instructions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring, or component function
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
- Background in electrical inspection, wiring, panel assembly, or QC roles preferred
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and able to identify defects accurately
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
