📌 Position Overview
This role is essential in ensuring the service department stays organized, efficient, and customer-focused. You’ll be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, provide administrative support, and keep key documents and schedules updated.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Answer and route incoming calls with professional customer service
- Manage email communication with clear, polished writing
- Support scheduling activities for the service team
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and maintaining records
- Keep electronic and paper files organized and up to date
Excel & Data Support
- Use Microsoft Excel to track schedules and service-related data
- Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and simple reports with accuracy
- Support reporting needs across the Service department
Customer & Team Support
- Serve as a friendly, professional contact for customers and vendors
- Communicate clearly with technicians, advisors, and management
- Assist daily office operations to keep service activities running smoothly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Experience answering phones and providing office-based customer service
- Strong written communication and professional email etiquette
- Experience with scheduling, calendars, or coordination (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-first approach
- High school diploma or GED required
