About the Role
Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A confidential, nationwide facility management organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its high-performing Customer Experience Team.
In this role, youâll be at the heart of daily operationsâcoordinating service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the companyâs high standards. Youâll partner with internal teams and national service providers to keep processes running smoothly and customers fully supported.
â What Youâll Do
- Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable contact for customers and vendorsâanswering calls, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
- Handle scheduling, service verification, ticket tracking, and follow-up communication.
- Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Log all interactions and track service requests in the internal system.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in an emergency call rotation one week per month (company equipment provided).
- Support a department staffed MondayâFriday, 8:00 AMâ5:00 PM, with emergency response available 24/7/365.

Experience & Education
- 3+ years of customer service experience (call center, hospitality, construction, or facilities experience preferred)
- Associateâs Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience
Skills & Strengths
- Quick-thinking, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
- Excellent multitaskerâcomfortable using multiple screens and managing competing priorities
- Strong communicator with active listening skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Bonus: Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
