Location: Lansdale, PA
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 3pm–1:30am
Pay: $20/hour
Overview
Join a growing manufacturing company as a Raw Material Production Operator, supporting machine operation, material handling, and batch processing in a fast‑paced production environment with room for long‑term growth.
Job Responsibilities for Production Machine Operator
Load, unload, and stage raw materials for production
Perform batching, weighing, and measuring based on formulas
Operate production machinery such as mixers, blenders, or packaging equipment
Monitor machines and report equipment or processing issues
Complete production orders with accurate documentation and lot tracking
Conduct quality checks and verify material specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Requirements for Production Machine Operator
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
Experience in manufacturing or raw material handling preferred
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Ability to work in a physical, fast‑paced environment
