- Sat: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Pay Rate: Starts at $18/hr and increases to $21/hr during peak season
- Location: Norristown, PA (On-site)
Benefits Enrollment Specialist Job Description:
- Assist customers with understanding and enrolling in health insurance plans
- Communicate through phone, email, and online chat
- Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and available options
- Conduct cost and plan comparisons for customers
- Enroll new members into their selected plans
- Support existing members with annual plan reviews
- Navigate multiple computer screens and systems efficiently
- Meet enrollment and conversion goals while delivering excellent service
Benefits Enrollment Specialist Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing to obtain Health Insurance license (no cost to you)
- Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry
- Strong communication skills—phone, written, and interpersonal
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within extended operating hours (evenings and Saturdays)
