PeopleShare is actively hiring Onsite Benefit Enrollment Agents for our clients Norristown, PA location. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity helping customers understand and enroll in health insurance plans.
You do not need a license yet—PeopleShare pays for your Health Insurance License, all study materials, and your exam fees.
This role offers paid training, steady hours, and inbound warm leads only.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers over phone, email, and chat
- Explain available medical plans in clear, simple language
- Conduct plan/cost comparisons
- Recommend and enroll customers in the best plan
- Navigate multiple computer systems while handling calls
- Meet performance and quality goals
Hours of Operation
• Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM
• Sat 9 AM–5 PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Confident, clear communicator
- Sales‑minded with strong customer service approach
- Comfortable with computers & multitasking
- Goal-oriented and detail-focused
