We are seeking reliable Extrusion Operators to join a manufacturing team operating on a 2/2/3 rotating shift schedule. This role offers hands-on training, long-term stability, and opportunities for advancement in a safety‑focused environment.
Location: Horsham, PA
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule (2/2/3): A Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM or B Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
Extrusion Operator Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
Perform basic quality checks and record production data
Prepare materials and assist with machine changeovers
Troubleshoot equipment and notify supervisors of issues
Follow all plant safety and GMP/SQF guidelines
Keep work areas clean and organized
Perform basic maintenance and inspections
Operate forklift and motorized pallet jack
Extrusion Operator Requirements:
1+ year manufacturing or production experience
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and climb stairs
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods
Basic hand tool and computer skills
3 years machine operator experience preferred (not required)
