Schedule: Standard office hours (Mon-Fri).
Pay Rate: $19.75/hr (negotiable with direct tax return experience); $20.25/hr for Spanish speakers.

Processor – Business Privilege Tax Job Description:
Process business privilege tax returns and payments, scan/file records, enter tax data into systems, and handle admin tasks. Act as customer service liaison for business owners, taxpayers, employers, and accountants via phone, email, or in-person. Verify calculations, ensure compliance, respond to inquiries, calculate late fees/penalties, and maintain organized physical/electronic records.
Processor – Business Privilege Tax Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
1+ years clerical/tax experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Great communication, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential info.
Must be current on local tax filings if in Berks County jurisdiction.
