1st Shift Production Technician needed in Bethlehem, PA!
Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Production Tech.
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Load steel and aluminum coils onto the uncoiler using an overhead crane
- Feed raw material into the roll‑forming machine and monitor the forming process
- Conduct in‑process inspections to verify profiles meet drawing specifications
- Adjust roll‑forming equipment as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Stack and bundle finished products onto skids or wagons
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in the use and reading of digital calipers
- Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a metalworking environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
