Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Nazareth, PA in their search for a Warehouse Lead.
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily work activities of warehouse team
- Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with schedules
- Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
- Monitor team workflow and progress, providing guidance as needed
- Assist the supervisor and management team with implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and safe warehouse practices
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities
- Communicate regularly with the supervisor to support safe and effective operations
- Report operational issues, safety concerns, and workflow challenges to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Prior lead or team guidance experience preferred
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and OSHA standards
- Ability to support and guide team members under supervisor direction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and flexible with assigned duties
- Bilingual- Spanish
