Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Phillipsburg, NJ in their search for a Shipping Coordinator
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of shipping operations within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Coordinate domestic shipments, including LTL and flatbed
- Manage international shipments and required documentation
- Process small parcel shipments
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Provide administrative and customer service support
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in shipping/logistics within an industrial or manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of domestic LTL, flatbed, international, and small parcel shipping
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
