We are seeking reliable and experienced Extrusion Operators to join our manufacturing team on 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a hands‑on production role operating extrusion equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Location: Hatfield, PA
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Shift: 12 Hour rotating 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Job Responsibilities
Operate production and extrusion machines
Monitor product quality and perform basic quality checks
Prepare for new jobs and complete machine changeovers
Troubleshoot simple equipment or process issues
Keep accurate production records
Follow all safety, GMP, and plant procedures
Perform basic cleaning, inspections, and housekeeping
Requirements
Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive bending, walking, and stooping
