1st Shift Maintenance Lead needed in Allentown, PA!

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
Survey building/grounds and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
Perform routine maintenance on saws, air compressors, generator and material handling equipment.
Maintain log of operational run hours on all material handling equipment.
Maintain lighting inside and outside and change bulbs as needed.
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
Perform manual repairs when necessary. (fix locks, Man doors, Overhead door, Dock plates, windows etc.)
Maintain the backup generator – monthly testing
Support the MIS department as necessary.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have background repairing various forklifts and material handling equipment.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other facilities maintenance.
- Must be able to use a welding machine and have knowledge of good welding practices.
- Experience with Microsoft excel, word, and outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
