2nd Shift Operations Support Associate Needed in Allentown, PA!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 4pm-12am (Weekend as needed)
Training: Train on 1st shift the first few weeks 6am-2pm

Responsibilities:
Perform all job duties in accordance with established safety standards and company policies.
Operate all material handling equipment efficiently and safely following successful completion of required training.
Conduct daily maintenance inspections on assigned equipment and operate machinery in a way that reduces wear and maintenance costs.
Stock, remove, and transport raw materials, finished goods, cartons, and other materials across all departments while minimizing damage and loss.
Identify and properly handle various materials and maintain organized storage areas according to plant location requirements.
Utilize proper stacking and storage techniques to ensure safety and product integrity.
Load and unload trucks, complete required paperwork and data entry, and move materials to designated storage locations.
Verify inventory accuracy by checking tags, labels, product counts, and item numbers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and safely bend, lift, and move materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced and occasionally high‑pressure environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a willingness to support team objectives.
Excellent time‑management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work six days per week, including overtime and weekends as needed.
