PeopleShare is hiring a Part Time detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Administrative Support professional to join the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Import/Export team at a leading global Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization.
This is a Part time position with possibility to turn full time and permanent. you will play a vital part in supporting international trade operations through shipment tracking, documentation management, reporting, and compliance activities. This opportunity is perfect for someone with advanced Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel and PowerPoint—who is eager to expand their knowledge in international trade, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Part Time Schedule: Tuesday- Thursday (some flexibility)
Location: Fully on site in Cranbury, NJ
Pay: $26-$32/hr (can go higher based on experience)
Temp position - 6-12 month contract with ability to go permanent and fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Excel & Reporting: Build and maintain shipment trackers, KPI dashboards, and financial logs using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts).
- 📑 Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format GMP/non-GMP documents, SOPs, shipment records, and compliance trackers.
- 🎤 Presentations: Create professional PowerPoint decks for project meetings and training seminars.
- 📂 File Management: Maintain shared IT repositories and ensure organized documentation control.
- 🗓️ Meeting Support: Assist with scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes capture, and follow-up coordination.
- 💼 Invoice Support: Track and manage 3rd party invoices related to shipment expenses.
- 🔒 Compliance Projects: Support C-TPAT program coordination, including SOP creation, training rollout, and operational requirement launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ✅ Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards, multi-sheet linking).
- ✅ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (professional slide creation, graphs, formatting).
- ✅ Strong MS Word skills.
- ✅ Experience with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative platforms.
- ✅ 1–3+ years of administrative, operations support, or office coordination experience.
- ➕ Familiarity with international trade documentation is a major plus.
