PeopleShare is hiring for a Finance Manager – FP&A in Trenton, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis for US businesses: budgeting, forecasting cycles (3+9, 6+6, 9+3).
- Prepare and present KPIs, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews with senior leadership.
- Manage monthly close activities: journal entries, revenue recognition, cost accruals/deferrals.
- Support digitalization initiatives and visualize KPIs using Tableau.
- Provide audit support, process controls, and account reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; Master’s preferred.
- Extensive FP&A experience with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or Sage).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau).
