Pharmaceutical Packaging Associate – 1st Shift (Cranbury, NJ)
Pay: $18–$20/hr.
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | ASAP Start
We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Packaging Helper with strong packaging experience in GMP or cleanroom environments. If you’re comfortable working with batch records, following strict protocols, and supporting high‑quality production operations, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical packaging lines (bottle, blister, cartoning)
Maintain line clearance, cleanliness, and controlled‑environment standards per FDA and cGMP requirements
Perform in‑process quality checks for labels, components, and product integrity
Complete batch records and logbooks accurately and in real time
Requirements:
1+ year experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing
Working knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and batch documentation
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a cleanroom/controlled environment
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to lear
