Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: Must work EVERY Saturday and Sunday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer/Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing control systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, supervisory experience, and a commitment to working weekends as part of the regular schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems, PLCs, and automation equipment.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with AIB (American Institute of Baking) standards and food safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance or technical staff during shift.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- AIB Certification or experience in food industry compliance.
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Allen Bradley utilization
- Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Availability for 2nd shift and weekend work.
