PeopleShare is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our U.S. Finance team. This role is critical in managing accounting activities across multiple entities and ensuring compliance with global accounting policies and standards. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with both local and global teams while enjoying flexibility in a hybrid work environment. This position is Hybrid out of the Hamilton, Nj area and salary range of $105-$115k.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP
- Lead and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on accounting matters
- Validate financials and ensure compliance with group standards and statutory requirements
- Support audits, tax compliance, and transfer pricing processes
- Serve as the key contact for day-to-day accounting questions and process improvements
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
- ERP experience (Oracle R12 preferred or similar systems)
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work in global teams
