Day Shift Production Technician – $16/hr (Potential to $17+/hr in 90 Days!)
Location: Suffolk, VA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM–6:30 PM (Day-shift training)
Overtime: 8–10 hours/week available for strong performers
Dress Code: Jeans, T-shirt, closed-toe shoes

PeopleShare is hiring a Day Shift Production Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role supports daily production operations by assisting with assembly, packaging, labeling, and general labor tasks on the production floor. What You’ll Do
Operate on the production line to assemble, fill, seal, label, and package products
Add lids and ensure proper sealing and labeling of containers
Pick, pack, clean, and organize work areas
Move and store materials to support production flow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist team members and adapt to changing priorities to meet production goals
What You Need
Previous warehouse or production experience required (preferably in a food/beverage manufacturing setting)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attendance and work ethic
Coachable, willing to learn, and open to feedback
Flexibility to perform various tasks throughout the shift
