Motorhome Service Technician

Location: Suffolk, VA 23434 (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 40–50 hrs/week; overtime & some weekends; limited overnight travel
Pay: $23.00–$30.00/hour (DOE) + OT

What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on luxury motor coaches
Diagnose/repair electrical (including high-voltage) and AV/control components; update programming as needed
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, and flooring issues
Conduct field service visits; assist with coach deliveries
Execute QC inspections; document parts, time estimates, and repair logs
Collaborate with service writers/advisors and, when needed, communicate with customers
What You’ll Need
3+ years as a Service Technician (RV/motorhome or related manufacturing/field service)
Strong electrical background; comfortable with high-voltage; can use a multimeter and read schematics
Exposure to AV/control systems (RTI/AMX/Crestron a plus); basic logic-controller/industrial electrical familiarity
Experience across multiple trades (plumbing; HVAC/R a plus; cabinetry/woodworking)
Solid diagnostics, documentation, and customer-facing communication
Proficient with power/hand/air tools (saws, sanders, rivet guns, table saw, heat/hot-glue guns)
Ability to travel up to 25%; reliable commute to Suffolk, VA
