Marketing Generalist – Job Description
The Marketing Generalist will support a wide range of marketing activities, with a focus on content development, visual design, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
You will work cross-functionally, develop creative solutions, and deliver high-quality visuals that enhance customer engagement and support both internal and external marketing initiatives.
Marketing Generalist – Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Design and develop internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and engagement assets.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Create digital graphics, presentations, brochures, and event materials.
Manage and produce engaging content for social media platforms with a consistent visual identity.
Support website design and content updates to ensure optimal user experience (UX).
Use CRM data to create targeted audience segmentation and personalize marketing outreach.
Develop design assets for email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and translate findings into creative concepts.
Marketing Generalist – Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive problem-solving and project ownership.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution.
Portfolio demonstrating professional design proficiency (required upon request).
Strong creative problem-solving ability and the capacity to balance multiple priorities.
