Job Responsibilities – Office Assistant
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to buyers and vendors
- Process and record payments accurately
- Assign pullouts and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Prepare, complete, and mail buyer title paperwork
- Maintain organized records to support smooth auction/transaction operations
- Communicate with customers to resolve questions or issues promptly and professionally
