Now Hiring: Print Finisher / Bindery Technician
Join a fast-paced print production facility specializing in large-scale digital print projects for business clients. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team players to support our finishing and bindery operations. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working with production machinery and take pride in delivering high-quality finished products.
This is not a retail print shop — you’ll work in a professional production environment with opportunities to cross-train on advanced finishing equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate finishing and bindery equipment including rotary die cutters, slitters, trimmers, laminators, collators, and binding machines
Perform accurate cutting, folding, laminating, and assembly of printed materials per specifications
Inspect work throughout the finishing process to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Package and prepare completed orders for shipment
Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in print production, finishing, or bindery preferred
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
Ability to read job tickets, interpret specifications, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
Strong attention to detail and quality
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
Willingness to work overtime as needed
