We are hiring Entry-Level Wiring Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Hanover, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic electrical knowledge, hands-on experience, or those currently enrolled in technical or trade school. No advanced electrical experience needed—we provide training.
If you have experience working with light wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, car mechanics, fire/security systems, Wi-Fi routers, or similar hands-on tasks, this job is a great fit.
What You’ll Do – Wiring Technician Responsibilities

Assist with wiring and assembling electrical components and wire harnesses
*
Work with simple diagrams, labels, and assembly instructions
*
Perform light soldering (training provided)
*
Use basic hand and power tools (wire strippers, drills, crimpers, multimeters, etc.)
*
Assemble, organize, and route wiring inside panels and control boxes
*
Conduct basic testing to ensure proper function
*
Maintain neat, accurate, and safe work practices
*
Support production goals in a clean and organized environment
Qualifications – Entry-Level Friendly
Candidates with ANY of the following are encouraged to apply:

Hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude (cars, small engines, electronics, home wiring, etc.)

Ability to read simple diagrams or willingness to learn
