Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory tasks. This position requires attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pull, and organize customer orders with high accuracy
Pack products securely using proper materials to prevent damage
Prepare shipments including labeling, staging, and order verification
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
Work collaboratively with warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals
Perform general warehouse labor including lifting, moving, and material handling tasks
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform manual labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing tasks
Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
