We’re hiring Entry-Level Wiring Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Hanover, MD. This role is perfect for anyone with basic wiring experience, mechanical aptitude, or hands-on technical skills—even if it’s from home projects, automotive work, cable installation, fire alarm/security systems, or trade school.
If you’ve ever worked with outlets, switches, low-voltage wiring, car wiring, cable lines, routers, or alarm systems, you’re already ahead of the game. We provide full training.
What You’ll Do (Entry-Level Wiring Technician Duties)
- Assist with wiring and assembling electrical components and wire harnesses
- Follow simple diagrams, labels, and assembly instructions
- Perform light soldering (training provided)
- Use basic hand and power tools (wire strippers, drills, crimpers, multimeters, etc.)
- Route, organize, and secure wiring inside control panels and electrical boxes
- Conduct basic testing to ensure proper function
- Maintain clean, safe, and accurate work practices
- Support production goals in a team-oriented environment
You’re encouraged to apply if you have experience with ANY of the following:
- Light electrical work (outlets, switches, fixtures, low-voltage wiring)
- Fire alarm, security system, or cable/telecom wiring
- Automotive wiring, car audio, or mechanical repair
- Home DIY wiring or electronics projects
- Maintenance roles involving wiring or troubleshooting
- Ability to read simple diagrams or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using basic tools
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- High school diploma or GED

Schedule & Location
- 2-2-3 Panama Schedule (every other weekend off)
- Day Shift: 6:00AM–6:00PM
- On-site in Hanover, MD
- Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30AM–4:15PM
