What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
As a Wiring Technician, you will build the "brains" of electrical units. Your daily tasks will include:
Electrical Assembly: Assembling components and wire harnesses.
Blueprint Reading: Following simple wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
Tool Usage: Using wire strippers, crimpers, power drills, and multimeters.
Soldering: Performing light precision soldering (we will train you!).
Panel Wiring: Routing and securing wires within control panels and electrical boxes.
Quality Control: Conducting basic testing to ensure everything functions correctly.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
If you are handy with tools and have a strong work ethic, you are a great fit. We encourage you to apply if you have experience with any of the following:
Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with hand tools or power tools.
Technical Interests: Tinkering with car wiring, audio systems, alarm systems, or routers.
Related Fields: Previous work in HVAC, Cable/Telecom, Security Systems, or Maintenance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. (Great for Trade School students/grads!)
Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and a desire for a long-term career.
Schedule & Training Details
Regular Schedule: 2-2-3 Panama Schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Initial Training: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM (First few weeks).
