Production Associate – Hiring Immediately (Manufacturing / Warehouse)
We are actively hiring Production Associates to join a fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role operating production equipment, preparing materials, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Baltimore, MD 21219
Schedule: 6:45pm–7:00am (2:2:3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay Rate: $20.91/hr
Production Associate Responsibilities
• Operate bottling machinery and production equipment
• Cut and prepare bottles using designated tools
• Assemble, load, and transport Gaylord boxes onto the production line
• Break down pallets and remove discarded or damaged inventory
• Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed
Production Associate Requirements
• Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and 12‑hour shifts
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
