Production Associate – Hiring Immediately (Manufacturing / Warehouse)
We are actively hiring Production Associates to join a fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role operating production equipment, preparing materials, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. If you have recent warehouse experience and want weekly pay, stable hours, and long‑term growth, this position is an excellent fit.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Baltimore, MD 21219
Schedule: 6:45pm–7:00am (2:2:3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay Rate: $20.91/hr
Production Associate Responsibilities
• Operate bottling machinery and production equipment
• Cut and prepare bottles using designated tools
• Assemble, load, and transport Gaylord boxes onto the production line
• Break down pallets and remove discarded or damaged inventory
• Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed
Production Associate Requirements
• Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and 12‑hour shifts
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
