Schedule: 12pm – 8:30pm, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $62,400 – $72,800 annually

Maintenance Technician III Job Description:
Maintain and repair CNC/PLC-based manufacturing machines and assembly equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting. Improve machine repeatability and reliability through installations, overhauls, diagnosis, repairs, pipefitting, fabrication, welding, and electrical work. Support manufacturing and assembly equipment such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, welding equipment, conveyors, robotics, HVAC, and more. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on new installations and capability studies. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends during non-production downtime is required.
Maintenance Technician III Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical Associate’s degree preferred but not required
8-10+ years’ experience with CNC machines, electrical/mechanical controls, or robotic equipment maintenance
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control schematics and engineering drawings
Skilled in welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical installations
Strong understanding of mechanical alignment and troubleshooting
Basic computer skills, including MS Office proficiency
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
