Assistant Warehouse Manager Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm (must be flexible for evenings, OT, weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $65,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)

Assistant Warehouse Manager Job Description:
The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the daily operations of a high-volume food distribution center, including inventory, shipping, receiving, staff oversight, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong administrative and logistical skills, bilingual communication, and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve shipping deadlines, inventory accuracy, and space optimization targets
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
Lead process improvement initiatives and meet reporting deadlines
Monitor, track, and address operational issues proactively
Support employee training, engagement, and performance goals
Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP systems for documentation and reporting
Assistant Warehouse Manager Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar warehouse/operations role (food distribution preferred)
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
Ability to travel occasionally for business or training purposes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
