Pay Rate: $60,000+
Human Resources Manager Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will split their time between recruiting (70%) and other core HR functions (30%), including employee relations, benefits administration, and special projects. This role requires a people-first leader who can uphold company values—Safety, Accountability, Good to Great, and All In—while driving HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, timekeeping, policy updates, and employee engagement. You'll also represent the company at job fairs and community events.
Human Resources Manager Job Requirements:
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Proven recruiting experience is required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
