General Laborer Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM availability required (8-hour shift); current team members average 40+ hours/week
On-call: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr (Based on experience and certifications)

General Laborer Job Description:
The General Laborer will assist with property recovery, job site upkeep, and light manual labor on a variety of restoration and remediation projects. Responsibilities include preparing materials, assisting team members, communicating respectfully with clients, and keeping records of daily tasks. You’ll work in teams of 2–4 depending on the project and will support clean-up, loading/unloading, and documentation as needed.
General Laborer Job Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods
Must be available for after-hours/emergency on-call rotation
Previous restoration or general labor experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Comfortable wearing work shoes and working in various weather conditions
