Medical Billing Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00/hour
Location: Newport News, VA 23601
Medical Billing Job Description:
Submit accurate billing claims to insurance companies, patients, and third-party payers
Work with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and follow up on denials or rejections
Manage account receivables and patient billing
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing data
Medical Billing Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in medical billing
Experience in orthopedic or dentistry medical billing preferred
Proficient in billing software and EHR systems
Familiar with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
