Human Resources Coordinator Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $23-$27/hr (commensurate with experience)

Human Resources Coordinator Job Description:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and job postings.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including licenses, certifications, and annual training documentation.
Administer employment verifications, respond to unemployment claims, and handle sensitive HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, and support communication of policy updates and legal changes.
Oversee employee communications and engagement, including internal newsletters, announcements, and HR-led events.
Create, revise, and maintain HR policies, job descriptions, and onboarding materials.
Maintain and update HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Workday), including org charts, benefits data, AAP reports, and payroll inputs.
Assist in employee relations initiatives and performance management processes.
Human Resources Administrative Coordinator Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources administrative or generalist role.
Proficient with at least one HRIS/HCM system (ADP, Workday, Dayforce, etc.).
Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor law basics, and employee file management.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
