Job Details:

M-F, 8am- 5pm, nights as weekends as needed
$70k-$80k

Job Description:

Responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executive management
Makes travel arrangements, drafts memos and reports, and organizes corporate events
Oversees office setups, renovations, and building maintenance, ensuring compliance with approved standards
Acts as the administrator for the travel management system and utilizes various software to compile and format data
Maintains confidentiality, exercises administrative judgment, and supports decision-making processes that impact staff, costs, and service quality
Additionally, performs other assigned duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy

Job Requirements:

Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Five years or more of experience as an executive administrative assistant in a CEO/President level setting.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
