Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support daily inspections, testing, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and prior experience in quality or inspection roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily quality testing and inspections.
Review and approve production batch records and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Audit in-process documentation throughout the day.
Record and maintain sterilization and quality control records.
Organize and manage retention of quality records.
Report non-conformances, issues, and process concerns to the Quality Supervisor.
Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality control, inspection, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Solid work ethic and commitment to company values.
20/20 vision (with or without correction).
Must have prior inspector or QA/QC experience.
